Stage 3 | Prepare Wheels
The wheels are then thoroughly cleaned and inspected for any damage. This preparation is crucial for a flawless diamond cutting result.
Stage 4 | Recut Wheels
Utilizing the advanced DCR-PRO lathe, the wheels are precisely recut. This state-of-the-art equipment can handle wheels ranging from 14” to 24” with the tyre on, and up to 30" for wheels with the tyre removed, ensuring a perfect cut for a wide range of wheel sizes.
Optional Stage | Powder Coating
After the cutting process, there’s the option for Alloy Wheel Powder Coating. This not only adds an extra layer of protection but also offers a chance to customise the color and finish according to personal preferences.
Stage 5 | Reassemble & Refit
